Janet Lui

Janet has over 28 years of working experiences in Greater China. She is originally from Hong Kong and has been residing in Shanghai since 2002.
She started her career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in Hong Kong. She then move on to private equity and spent 8 years working with Jafco International (a Nomura Group of companies) focusing on growth investment in China. She left the firm as a General Manager of its China investment team.
Janet started her search career after her relocation to Shanghai. She worked with a global search platform for 5 years and left in 2008 as a Senior Partner. She co-founded Asia Carbon Search in the same year and remains as a leader of the business with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.

Maneesh Ajmani

Prior to his current role, Maneesh lead the Private Equity initiative for a regional bank in the Middle East and was instrumental in guiding the investments for one of the first private equity funds in the Middle East. He subsequently led multi-million-dollar direct equity investments across a broad range of sectors in the Middle East, working closely with the Board and shareholders to enhance stakeholder value.
Maneesh has also worked on financial advisory roles for clients across Europe and North America while working within the Financial Advisory practice at KPMG and prior to that within the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Credit Suisse in London.
Having initialed his career within the finance function at a top tier global industrial corporation (the TATA Group) Maneesh brings a width of experience to Corporates, Financial Advisory firms and banks looking to build their leadership team.
Maneesh has a professional qualification in accounting and an MBA in Finance from London Business School.
Henning Sander

Henning is a core team member of the Financial Services practice at Horton International
As a qualified psychologist, he likes to see that things that belong together grow together – and loves to get people enthusiastic for a project. And this is particularly important in financial services. Henning Sander has already worked as an international personnel consultant with a focus on recruiting, training and selection procedures.
The qualified systemic coach knows what it means to stay tuned even in challenging situations, to think strategically and to push ahead purposefully.
Henning Sander has advised and supported companies in the financial sector at every stage of his professional career. Over the years, he has built up a great deal of industry know-how, which, in combination with his psychology skills, provides him with valuable tools for his task.

Josh’s career includes stints at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, a Warburg Pincus and Softbank Ventures-funded startup acquired by Mellon Financial, SS&C Technologies, and a large regional correspondent lender. Josh is a graduate of Williams College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, The Repton School (UK) and The Loomis Chaffee School. He is currently Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Trustees for Hebrew Health Care, Inc.

Dr. Dipy Nigam runs the Horton International India business, with over 37 years of experience.
He started his career with Consumer Durables Industry with VIP Industries (Luggage / Toys /Seating system), followed with Financial Services Industry at American Express – TravelRelated Services, as Head Sales & Key Accounts (India & Area Countries).
For the last 27+ years, in Recruitment / HR / Search Industry, Dipy has successfully conducted complex, multi-geography / multi-sector searches spanning India; Middle & South East Asia.
Some of his successful assignments include placements effected for Govt. of New South Wales & Govt. of Queensland, Australia, leading US PE firms, Top International Banks in the Middle East Countries & Indian MNCs.
Dr. Dipy Nigam is a science graduate, an MBA in Marketing from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in India and has a Doctorate in Philosophy.
Peter Radlingmayr

Peter is a team member of the Financial Services practice at Horton International
Peter’s core expertise is the interface between business and IT, having a broad experience with IT and technology-oriented functions in financial services industry. He supported the biggest banking institutions in Austria across different functional areas like asset management, mid-office, process management, IT or HRM. Another interest are advisory firms and consultancies with a strong appearance in financial services. He mainly focuses on top and middle management positions as well as senior professionals.
Peter also has a sound experience with FinTech companies and startups where he supported the building-up process along with recruitment process outsourcing, interims human resource management, leadership coaching and HRM-related trainings.
Having completed two university studies, Peter has teaching assignments on currently two universities, focusing on business administration and psychology. His subjects are leadership, talent management, recruitment, and job satisfaction.
