Our annual global conference this year took place in Miami, April 26-27. Many global partners attended the meeting to streamline future strategies and to deal with many new topics, such as the impact of artificial intelligence on the recruiting processes as well as the strategic orientation of Horton Group International Limited (HGIL). The conference was opened by Josh Hollander, President and CEO of the host country United States. Josh welcomed his international guests with an extensive and forward-looking agenda and with a wonderful accompanying program.
We are all very happy that our global meeting this year was taking place in Miami and that we were able to enjoy Josh’s hospitality. It is always gratifying to see how closely the many partners from the different countries are working together and pulling in the same direction. Our overall goal is to have a good exchange during these conference days and to meet the different needs of our clients and the national market conditions.
The conference was split into two main topics. While the first sessions were focused on business-driven topics, the second conference day was about positioning the strength and the benefits of the group to the need of Horton’s clients and the market’s demands. The topic Artifical Intelligence is very important both for the executive search market and for the mandates, as their challenges and needs change accordingly. The Horton Group must therefore also take a clear attitude and position itself in a global manner adopting latest technologies.
