Global executive search group, Horton International with over 40 offices in 30 countries, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Lima, Peru, a boutique organisation that augments the firm’s operations in Latin America.
Led by Managing Partner Rossana Bayona, Horton International Peru provides executive search services across a number of sectors, including Consumer Goods, Food Industries, Fishing, Mining, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Distribution & Logistics, Airport Services, Consulting Services, Cosmetics, Banking, Construction, Education, Mass Media and Healthcare.
Rossana comes to Horton International with over 20 years of executive search experience in handling top level and middle management executive search assignments across a range of industry sectors. Additionally, since 2004, Rossana has been an International Business Partner and Forum Leader of Renaissance Executive Forums, a US-based organisation whose focus is the Top Executive.

The Peruvian economy has experienced a structural change in the past three decades. Currently, the services sector is the main contributor to the country’s GDP, with nearly 60% share. Telecommunications and financial services are the main branches of the services sector; together they account for nearly 40% of GDP. Industry, which represents around 35% of GDP, has undergone a process of modernisation, which has translated into increased employment in the country’s primary industrial areas.
