Horton France has been named one of the most advanced players in “Executive Search” for a third year in a row, by the “Les Echos” Executive Bulletin in partnership with Statista, one of the world’s leading statistics and market data analysis portals.
Statista’s list evaluated best practices and recruitment strategies for “Les Echos” and includes the best-performing firms in a survey conducted between May 20th and June 28th, 2019. In total, nearly 6,000 people participated in the survey. The participants were approached via the lesechos.fr website and via a call for candidates on LinkedIn. In addition,
employees of recruitment firms were invited by e-mail to participate in the survey. Finally, an online access panel of all recruitment specialists were used to complete the study.
