Executive search specialist, Horton International Germany has expanded its skill base by appointing Steffi Schröder as the new Business Manager at their Munich office.
The industrial engineer can draw on extensive experience accumulated during her many years in the industrial sector. Her career path has always been characterised by close client contact and a focus on technical consulting projects.
She started her career in HR consulting in a media and HR consulting company, where she managed the TWI Media and Online Agency department. Coming from a background in which she had developed very close contacts with suppliers in the automotive industry, the path to personnel consulting was not a big leap. The many different topics, especially the strong customer focus in the technical environment, excited her from the start.
After more than 10 years of expanding her executive search expertise, Steffie Schröder wanted to get back closer to the industry and its internal processes.
With this in mind, she decided to support the development of an active sourcing department at an innovative engineering provider, which primarily operated in automotive, aviation and digitisation.
Her next career step saw her becoming European Talent Acquisition Manager at an international company.
As of 3 March 2022, she has taken over the Industry Business Unit at Horton International Germany’s Munich location.
