HORTON INTERNATIONAL EMEA PARTNERS CONFERENCE – Madrid

HORTON INTERNATIONAL EMEA PARTNERS CONFERENCE – Madrid

The Horton International EMEA regional conference recently took place in Madrid, Spain.

Partners from across the business joined us for the 2-day event to streamline future strategies and to develop business needs, hosted by our Spanish partners, Tony Reinders  and Mena Benatar.

During the conference, we delved into our theme of ‘Developing Business’ where we looked into areas such as ‘what to expect from the digital future?’. The chairman of the digital University ISDI Spain / Silicon Valley, Mr. Javier Rodrigues Zapatero, highlighted this topic in a very exciting presentation. He addressed the topics of the digital future as well as the working world and digitization in executive search. This was an excellent basis for the Horton participants to deal with the further development of the business and to initiate the discussion.

An overarching topic of discussion for us as a group was how we can best be of service to our clients. From creating tailor-made solutions, to ways we can be more efficient, creating value-added services and always looking to help our clients get the best results along with the best experience.

Exciting developments for Horton Group International Limited were also shared, more of which we’ll be revealing over the coming weeks and months.

Once again, it was wonderful to witness the bonding and collaboration between the partners from around the globe, along with the sharing of knowledge and experience. Our goal for these conferences is to connect as a community and share ideas to enable us to meet the different needs of our clients and the national market condition

We were all very well looked after by our hosts, Tony and Mena who made sure we got to enjoy the many delights of Madrid after our days spent discussing HGIL’s upcoming plans. And we’re delighted that this conference has received the highest feedback rating from partners from all recent events.
