Since 2001 Monika Becker has been working as an Executive Search Consultant. Before that, Monika worked as a consultant for organisational development in a boutique consultancy. She brings in strong experience in filling Executive and Key roles for the IT Industry. Key areas include AI & Analytics, ERP and Cybersecurity.
Focus roles are among others C-Level, Sales & Marketing, Product and Finance & HR. Monika particuarly engages in supporting scale-up companies as well as companies in a transformation.
Since 2015 Monika has been serving as Sector Head IT & Digitalistion at Horton International. She supports strongly initiatives to support diversity in the IT industry.
Monika holds a diploma and a PhD in Psychology.
