Lukas works in our team in Helsinki as a Research Consultant. He helps our clients to define the focus of the search, carries out projects, as well as contacts and evaluates the potential candidates.
Before joining Horton, Lukas has worked most recently with McKinsey & Company in their Senior Hiring Nordics function, focusing on executive level recruitments.
Prior to that, he has also worked at a smaller consultancy with leadership assessments.
Lukas also holds experience from communications and market analysis through prior experience from management consulting.
Education
Lukas is currently finalizing his Bachelor & Master of Science degree(s) from University of Helsinki, majoring in Political Science and Organizations, with a minor in Applied Philosophy.
