Monica Graue is a Partner for our Mexico office. She has participated in multiple search projects for several industries in Mexico and Latin America. She also is the Practice Leader for our Future Ready services.
Prior to co-founding Atabay Consulting, Monica worked for twenty-two years as Senior Client Partner for Korn/Ferry Int, and before that, as a Human Resources Senior Executive at Ford Motor Company and Xerox. She also serves as a Board Member and Counselor in several companies as well as in non-profit organizations.
Monica received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and also holds a Diploma in Human Resources and a Master’s Degree in Human Development, all from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. For the past 10 years, Monica has been a University Professor at her alma mater.
