Eva Tydén

Eva is a senior executive search consultant with solid experience in qualified executive recruitment, recruiting managers and specialists to senior positions. She started her career as a senior recruitment consultant in 2010 at Horton International Sweden AB, and prior to rejoining Horton in 2024, she worked with two other executive search firms.

In addition to broad experience in executive recruitment, Eva has gained a solid experience in driving growth in corporate and personnel management from roles such as CEO, HR Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Product Manager, etc. in Sweden and internationally.

Companies in which Eva has been active include Telia, SKF, EF, ISS, and the Arena Group. All roles have contributed to a comprehensive understanding of different industries, organizations, businesses, positions and their different challenges and possibilities.

Eva conducts qualified board, manager and specialist recruitment and specializes in identifying and recruiting key candidates for senior positions in various industries. She handles various assignments, such as executive recruitments, executive board appointments, interim recruitments, personal assessments and second opinions.

• Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Uppsala University
• Certified in OPQ, MQ and Verify at CEB/SHL.
