Roberto holds a bachelor´s degree from UDD Chile and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Roberto has more than 25 years of professional experience in strategic consulting, financial services, mass consumption, mining and retail, as well as in the board of directors in financial services companies. In his executive career, Mr. Machuca held senior positions in Chile and in Latin America.
Throughout his professional career, he led and was responsible for the functions of strategy, technology, operations, innovation, customer service, human resources and marketing, Previously, he worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, Falcon Management Partners, and the World Bank, carrying out strategy projects, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, distribution channel strategy, operational effectiveness and efficiency, having worked in Chile, Argentina, Central America, United States, Switzerland, Brazil and Peru
