Dipy started his career in 1982 in Consumer Products at VIP Industries (Luggage, Toys, Seatings Systems)

1988 to 1992 into Financial Services Sector-American Express-(AmEx) Travel Related Services as Head-Sales & Key Accounts (India & Area)

Dipy has been working for the Recruitment/HR/Search Industry since 1992.

1992-95, he has been COO of Sinclus Marketing, (www.sinclusmarketing.com) a leading recruiter of Technical & Commercial personnel for ME and SE Asia, especially Oil , Gas & Construction / Contracting

1996 to 99 – CEO of Zodiaac Executive Personnel Search – search for senior management positions

1999-2001 –  CEO of Zodiaac Information Consultants and was associated with Hay Management Consultants, (www.haygroup.com) the Information Services Group — publishing Co –  Branded HCR 2000 report or India.

2001 till date Advisor to Zodiaac Executive Talent Solutions, search for mid to senior level positions.

Since 2009, Dipy has been the Managing Partner and Country Director of Horton International (India and Area).

He is also a Shareholder in Horton Group Internation (HGIL)
