Rajan has more than 35 years’ experience across Media and BFSI sectors. A long-time Mutual Fund practitioner, was CEO, Business Head and Sales & Distribution Head in leading Asset Management Companies like Baroda Pioneer, Principal PNB, Zurich India and Kothari Pioneer Asset Management Co.

Has been a Director on the Board of AMFI (Associlation of Mutual Funds of India) Has been Director on the Board of Muthoot Trustee Private Limited (Muthoot Mutual Fund) Has been consulting as Advisor at DollarBull (a global investing platform) to drive their sales and distribution efforts and was Co-Founder Director of RetyrSmart Advisory and Support Services Pvt. Ltd., a portal focused on enriching lives of retiring people.

Earlier involved in Account Management in Media (Communication) companies like Lintas, O&M and MAA Bozell. His experience and understanding gained through years of CXO positions brings a good perspective to support senior search requirements across businesses.

With Horton International (India and Area) since August 2023, as Senior Director (India & Area), will be handling Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) & Media Services
