Marcela joined Horton International as a Senior Consultant in 1998.
As Regional Manager she opened an office in Olomouc and she has been managing it ever since. During this period, she has managed projects in executive search, provided professional support and consulting for clients in various areas and stages of businesses. As a consultant and lecturer, she has worked on training and development projects for managers and specialists.
She also applies knowledge gained through her education in natural sciences, sociology and personal management when co-operating with companies in the area of agriculture, biotechnologies and management.
