Kasper Kuivanen

Kasper joined Horton in September 2022. As a Research Consultant, he helps our clients to define the focus of the search, carries out the research process, as well as contacts and evaluates the potential candidates.

Before joining Horton, Kasper worked with various research projects, with a focus on personnel performance, competence appraisal and psychological well-being. He also holds experience in recruitment and sales roles in the fields of health care and telecommunications.

Education

• Kasper holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Amsterdam, where he specialized in organizational psychology and leadership.
