Before joining Horton Jörgen was Business Unit Director Baltics and Executive Search Consultant at Finland based HR services firm and earlier Business Development Manager, Austrian Competence Center for Knowledge Management and Knowledge Technologies at Graz. Jörgen takes a global view of organizations and positions leadership teams to achieve sustainable cross-border business growth.

Education:

  • Tallinn University, PhD studies in Information Society Technologies. Studies completed, thesis (Ontology Development in the Framework of Digitally Enabled Knowledge Work) finalized but not yet defended.
