After his scientific graduation from one of the best Hungarian scientific universities (ELTE) and some years spent in scientific research and teaching, started his business career in sales. In parallel he completed his MBA studies and got his degree from the London Business School / Budapest Corvinus University common program. His consulting career started at International Executive Search firms in 1998. He has completed more than 250 management searches and OD projects successfully over the past decade.
His main search practice areas are the Top Management, HR, Sales, Marketing and Technical searches. Besides, he frequently works on complex organisation design projects as a certified expert of many tests and as an AC//DC consultant.
