Mrs. Erika Gombos, as a Managing Partner of the Horton International Hungary, is responsible for the Organisation Design and Development projects. In her career, close after she completed her MA and two MSC degrees in Economics, she started her career at a French Multinational company, where she spent 7 years in various leadership positions.

After joining in 2005, Erika started to build its’ Organization Design and Development division soon. By her management, this division became widely known and recognised as a quality provider of these services among clients. During these years she designed and completed, parallel to several training and coaching programs, more than 25 large OD projects like talent management, management development and audit programs at multinational Clients.

At present she works together with a large group of contractor OD consultants, psychologists and coaches on her Client projects. She gained her Business Coaching certificate in 2012 and parallel to her other responsibilities, completed more than 600 hours in executive coaching sittings as well.

Certified consultant in using many personality and behaviour measurement tests and works as an AC//DC consultant.
