Oliver has over 20 year’s experience in recruitment and executive search. He has also supported numerous Charitable Cause and NFP’s across the Arts, Community Services and Sport.
His key strength is working with large private and not for profit organisations who are navigating high growth, organisational upheaval, or market changes. He has completed Senior Executive and C-Suite roles with many of Australia’s leading private Companies and well known NFP Organisations.
Oliver is passionate about open communication and empowering Executive Teams and Boards to galvanise around the recruitment process as a key part of any organisations journey to make sure it is a positive one.
