Before joining the Recruitment, Executive Search and Interim Management industry Eva has a solid leadership experience with more than 20 years of experience from several roles and industries as; Sales Manager and Site Manager at Kinnarps Interior, Head of Sales Sweden at Ticket Biz, Business Area Manager at Europeiska Försäkrings AB, Head of Remote Account Management (SME) – Account Development Manager at American Express, Financial Manager at Scandic Hotels and Commercial Manager – Sales Manager at TUI.
Eva says she was born with a “travel guide approach”, and loves to go the extra mile for both clients, candidates and consultants. Professional Eva is CEO at First Reserve and now also Horton International Sweden and specializes in recruitment and executive search as well as Interim Management. She has appointed several managers and senior specialists in most industries, both to permanent roles and consultant appointments. She thinks it is a favor to be able to help companies find the right skills and to help candidates find their dream workplace, a “perfect match”.
