Horton International Middle East is based in Bahrain and focuses on C-Level executive search and management consultancy for our regional and international clients.

We work with multinationals, public listed companies, privately held conglomerates and state owned corporations to identify senior and C level talent across industry sectors. One of our core strengths is our knowledge of the local markets and a deep understanding of our client’s business. Each of our offices is led by a Managing Partner from the local market who understands the business environment in the region and the cultural nuances in the region.

Our Middle Eastern business is led by two Managing Partners, of which, one is a GCC national involved full time with leading search & execution of search and consulting engagements in the region.
