Cindy began her tenure in retained search within a boutique firm building the organization from startup alongside the company’s founder. Her rich career encompasses executive recruiting within financial services, insurance (multiple lines), healthcare, technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food production, not-for-profit, publishing, education, e-commerce, consumer, retail, energy, oil and gas, as well as engineering and construction.
Cindy’s 25 years’ experience in recruiting, research, general management, and consulting includes leadership positions in both retained firms as well as global talent acquisition and talent management functions within the Fortune 500. Here her roles included a F100 insurance organization, a $1B e-commerce company, a top tier luxury retailer and a global not-for-profit. Cindy also had P&L responsibility leading the development of a new business line for an executive-career management company. She has been instrumental in identifying, attracting and retaining world-class leadership teams and has established a variety of high performing corporate centers of excellence. Cindy has lead significant projects in human resources transformation and HRIS, employment branding, succession planning, change management and organizational design and development.
