After a career in data distribution and finance with UBS in Switzerland and Reuters and Pink Roccade in the Netherlands where he held several commercial and general management roles, Figaro decided to start his own enterprise and build a Dutch executive search boutique. He grew his international talent network, while setting up the office for an international Recruitment firm in the Netherlands. “The art of matching talent with business” became his true calling. Constant change is the only stable factor in life and based on that belief he helps companies and institutions to find the best talent that fits the purpose of growing their business in a changing world.

Figaro’s sweet spot is building management teams in medium sized and smaller companies that want to grow in the Netherlands or internationally. PE portfolio companies who want to expand in several countries on several continents and who struggle to translate their company culture with the cultures of the countries they want to grow in. He helps foreign companies to find their way in the tight Talent market in the Netherlands.

• Volunteer at the JINC foundation, helping school kids find their educational next step. These kids do not have any professional or social network to help. Career coaching and summer school teaching
• Founder of Yosupp(Young Support project) fighting early burn outs with young career starters.
